Account & Data Deletion
If you use the Ryvo app or Ryvo Provider app, you can delete specific data in the app, and you can also delete your entire account from within the app.
Delete specific data (without deleting your account)
Some user data can be deleted directly from within the app:
- Saved addresses can be deleted immediately from the address management section.
- Saved vehicles / cars can be deleted immediately from the vehicle management section.
To delete this data:
- Open the Ryvo app (or Ryvo Provider app)
- Go to Profile
- Select Addresses or Vehicles
- Delete the desired item
- Changes take effect immediately.
Delete your account (in-app)
You can delete your Ryvo account from within the app:
- Open the Ryvo app (or Ryvo Provider app)
- Go to Profile
- Tap More
- Select Delete account
- Follow the on-screen steps to confirm
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account profile and access are removed.
- Data tied to your account is deleted or anonymized where possible.
- Some residual copies may remain in backups for a limited time and are removed as part of normal backup rotation.
- Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot always be undone.
What we may retain
After account deletion, we may retain certain records that are required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes. This can include past orders / booking history and transaction records, and any information we are required to keep by law.
